prime95 overclocking guide

how do i use and detect any problem when overlcocking and using the program prime95?

Set it to small cpu and test for about 10 minutes for air cooling and 20 minutes for water. Set the thread count for your CPU and away you go. If it crashes or you get errors you need to either add more voltage or decrease overclock. I suggest you HWmonitor to watch temps.

also if your using Intel or ryzen CPU's use version 26.6 as newer versions pull to much power.

I only use OCCT for stress testing and realtemp GT to monitor the temp.
