Newly built PC.
Ryzen 1600 with stick cooler
2x8gb ddr4 ram 2400MHz
500W PSU - Antec VP 500
Rx580 8gb Sapphire Pulse
Windows 10
Msi b450 pro vdh

System used to crash a lot when I first got it. So I clean installed Windows. Now I used Prime95 and this was the results. What should I do next?

Advice was to increase voltage a little.

I will try to increase voltage by 0.05v and try to test it using prime95

you can go up to 1.4v safely but as you said, increase in small increments.
