Print to PDF not saving to folder

Hi All,

Microsoft Print to PDF will only let me save PDF to the desktop ?
Has any one else had this issue ?

have you gone to settings/devices
Click on Microsoft Print to PDF and select Manage
click on printer properties
click change properties
see if you can set a location - mine is blank so I assume its set elsewhere

Its not a permissions thing? can you save documents into folder yourself?

what program are you using?

Thanks for your response Colif.
I turns out it does work in Microsoft Programs, just not some other 3rd party software.
