Question Printed text spotty when printing a selection

Hello, in my business I receive daily emails that I only need to print part of them. If on the email screen I do Ctrl+P and print, everything is fine, but if I select some text, right click it and select to print, the text is printed spotty, as if the ink was very low. The first method prints a lot of stuff I don´t need, even the email menus, so It would be more economical if I could print just the selection. I´m using Windows 10 and Gmail on Chrome. On a coworker´s PC also Windows 10 but with Outlook on Firefox the Ctrl+P method also works fine, but when selecting text and right clicking it there is no "Print" option in the context menu. If anyone can shed some light on this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

You might check to make sure you have the right drivers (via Device Manager). As a circumvention you could copy and paste from the email into a word processor like Wordpad, Word, or Wordperfect.
