Printer As Laid Out on Screen Not Functioning

Hello, the area called As Laid Out Screen in not functioning. I cannot print from Internet/e-mails. I can print from Wordprocessing. The As Laid Out On Screen in in Grey and should be Black so dead. I have unistalled my HP Photosmart and reinstalled but still not working.

Anyone got any ideas please
