Printer autosharing switch security risks

Hi all,

I need to share a usb printer among two separated networks and i found a gadget like this one https://www.iogear.com/product/GUB211/

Is there any logical risk using that gadget ?
Could it be possible to access from one network to another one ?

That gadget is for USB-to-USB, will ONLY WORK for the 2 PC it will connected to (unless you enable printer sharing), and NO there is no security concern.
