[SOLVED] Printer cannot find SSID

We recently had spectrum internet installed. I did have to swap the locked down arris router for an unlocked askey router. I tried to convert and then reinstall my HP OJP8100 as a wireless printer. When the autosearch function of the installation searches it finds the 2.4GHz network but then claims the printer is on a different router. Same thing when I manually enter the info. Is there a reset button or something I'm missing?

Check to insure that the IP address of the printer is in the same network range as the router is currently using. Then you may need to re-install the printer setup on the computers that it will be used from.

I tried that a couple times. Unplugged the printer, deleted the printer and all related software, rebooted the computers, etc. No luck, huck.

What is the IP address of the printer now? And does the printer have updated security settings from the wireless? A new wireless radio with the same security settings often requires resetting the device settings.
