HI I have a HP C1380 printer. Recently I've had issues printing. When I hit print it hangs on Spooling status, and wont go past it. I did all the usual, restarting the spooling service, restarting pc and printer, re-downloading drivers. However have not been able to get it to print. I recently figured out that If I use the default print window (from chrome) it works, but not with the system dialogue. Which is frustrating because now I am unable to use many of the features that I need.
I'm needing the system dialogue because it makes me uneasy that I don't know weather it's printing actual size or scaling to paper size, It's important to know when printing out plans.
Anyone know what could be the problem here?
