Printer is printing blak pages

Hello, i have HP Laserjet 1600, and cant seem to print anything but blank pages, ive done a self test and it workes fine, just not when i print from windows , ive updated/reinstalled the drivers and changed usb cable just in case but have had no results. what do i do?

Even a test page ends up blank (from printer properties not from the printer panel)? Have you tried several applications to print from? Do you get a header or a footer from web-pages at least but not the content? Anything happen before this started?
