Printer leaving streaks

My printer (Konica Minolta Di2010f) is leaving streaks like this: http://img607.imageshack.us/i/img1874c.jpg/

Ignore the dark shape on the paper - it's from my hands XD. But you can see the horizontal streaks across the whole page.

The toner is about half full and I don't think the drum has ever been replaced (after a few years). What do you think is causing this problem and will it be worth it to fix? The turqoise cylinder is the drum.

Could be the fuser also, you can try the drum first though as the fuser is about 3-4 times more expensive.

after a few years, the wiper blade on the drum could be old. think of the wiper blade on your car window. Needs to be replaced.
