Printer not activated - error code 30

I get the above message when I try to print something off the internet. I can print from an existing program but nothing off the internet. Any suggestions?

Do you have the correct printer set as default?

Yes, when I checked it was selected. I only have the problem when trying to print off the internet - not from installed programs.
