it does not have a touch screen. it has 3-button simple control panel. once I press Wireless, display reads:
IP: 192.168.2.4
Settings
Print Report.

I have printed the "Print Report". It shows:
Network Status: Ready
Active Connection Type: Wireless

I don't understand the question. Is it the 1st one I said showed on dislpay screen of printer? the 192.168..2.4?

there are literally 6 things listed as some form of IP address----i.e. "IPv6 Address", "Temporary IPv6 Address", etc.

IPv4 Address: 10.0.0.203

And no, I do not see the printer in control panel because I uninstalled it. Root of problem is now when I try to reinstall/"Add Printer or Device", neither it nor any other device is found.

Well that is a problem! Your ip of 10.0.0.203 is correct and getting it from the router. The ip address of the printer of 192.168.2.4 is who knows what. That is where the problem lies and thats where it needs to be corrected and I can't do it from here. What I do know is when you print that report it should read something like ip address 10.0.0.204 connected, status ready. I am not familiar with the buttons enough to tell to what to push. I will check it out.
