Printer not initialtion

Hello, i have samsung ml-2140 printer it print light printing i replace new toner but it give red light and printer not initialization

Probably installed the toner wrong, or you used a 3rd party cartridge that was bad.

there are not problem of toner i checked sir in this printer only problem of heater element
