Printer not working

Hello,iv got a printer called epson stylus sx115 iv put in new inks but its still not working but the orange and green light is flashing

flashing lights is not usually a driver issue--either you have no paper in it or the paper has jammed--or more likely as you put new ink in you may have used compatible cartridges rather than original epson ones--maybe 1 or 2 in 10 of the compatibles i use do this but i buy 20 or more at a time and as they are so cheap i just replace them with another and off i go

if you used originals then you may have inserted them wrong--check you peeled off the bits you are meant to and that they clicked home properly
