Printer prints an extra page that tells file name, template, etc

Just this day my printer is printing out a sheet after printing what I want it to print that has the following information on it:
filename
directory
template
title
author
documents & settings
how can I make it stop printing the extra sheet........

There is no place in printer settings on my Brother MFC9130cw that I can find a way to STOP it printing this extra page after each copy.

Is not the printer, is the printing software.

If all Apps is doing it, it's something in the printer's driver.

If only one App is doing this, then it's somewhere in that App's setting.
