I have a Brother printer model MFC-6710DW that was connected to a Lenovo 901F10068US. The tower came with Windows 10 installed. I also have a Xerox 6204 Wide Format printer that was connected to this tower as well. One day both printers stop working with the Lenovo tower. Brother printer shows that its offline and the Xerox shows connection error. The rest of my towers in the office remain connected to both printers and have no issues. What do I need to do to fix this issue?

You have to know how they are connected to the computers to try to fix this. How do you install the printers clean? Is there a server you connect to? Direct IP connection? If the printers work fine on other systems it's not a printer connection issue but something with the computer. Maybe...
I believe the printers are networked. I know I have pinged our xerox printer before. I have never done that with our brother printer. I have tried removing and re-adding the printers I have also uninstalled and re-installed drivers for the printers. My main concern at the moment is to get the brother printer back on line.

It seems like the tower in questions sees the printer on the network it just wont communicate with it to print.

Maybe firewall or a custom hosts file blocking the ip of the printer or routing it to something else. Does this computer work OK on the network aside from printing, can it see other computers, connect to server file sharing, go online, etc..?
