Question Printer working only on usb

Hi i have problem with printer. The printer is connected to the network and has a static address set. Printer added via IP does not work. It also cannot be accessed from the browser level. The second computer is connected to it via usb and it works there. IP scanner detects the printer, but only its address without a name. What could be the reason?

Has it ever worked on network? Is it WIFI or wired?
