Check out your printer manual and look in the troubleshooting section.. you
might also want to check the level of ink available in the color cartridge
or look at the procedure for cleaning the cartridges..

I don't know if this will be posted as a new topic or not. Whacked site

I have an Epson 2000P that worked fine under Win2000 and Win 98 SE. Since
I've installed XP, I have this intermittent problem that the colors in the
printed image become distorted and very grainy. Colored tend to "jump to
different ones" as they become more saturated. Bizzarre! It is not hardware
(two photos printed side by side - one shows it -one doesn't), it is not
color management (does it even when turned off). It is not application
dependnent (AI, Powerpnt, Win FAX/Pic viewer, EPSON film factory and Acrobat
all do it). Seems like a system memory issue, but I have no idea or how to
fix. I have AMD 2000P w/ 1GB Physical and lots of HD so that shouldn't be
doing it. Please help! I got presents to print!
