Are you using the Canon printer app? Are you printing via wifi? What application are you trying to print from? eg a web page, PDF or Word doc? Sometimes it's not the printer it's the source, I've often had problems printing web docs and sometimes it works to save them or download a PDF version and then print the PDF. Before you print a doc, view a preview of the doc, if it is blank, then it's a source issue.
Once you have your printer installed you may have to restart your PC to reload the drivers and do the same with your printer. After both have been cycled off and on, check the Windows 11 system printer page and see if it is installed. If you continue to have problems, delete and reinstall from the system page. Did you chose to let Windows control your printing? If so try deselecting that option and make your printer the default printer.
