Bought a new printer Canon TS6240A, set up by directions, printed a test page worked also printed align printhead and clean. When tring to print from computer got blank page, any ideas helpful.

Just wondering if you got the same problem i had when i bought my last printer.
I had removed all old drivers but my new printer worked basically when it felt like it.
Whilst trouble shooting i ended up on the page that showed details of printers and scanners , type printers and scanners into the search box to find the page.

The page showed details off my previous printer and it was ABOVE the details of the printer i had just bought.
If this page shows details of printers you no longer own click on them and choose remove device , after i did that my new printer worked perfectly

Are you using the Canon printer app? Are you printing via wifi? What application are you trying to print from? eg a web page, PDF or Word doc? Sometimes it's not the printer it's the source, I've often had problems printing web docs and sometimes it works to save them or download a PDF version and then print the PDF. Before you print a doc, view a preview of the doc, if it is blank, then it's a source issue.

Once you have your printer installed you may have to restart your PC to reload the drivers and do the same with your printer. After both have been cycled off and on, check the Windows 11 system printer page and see if it is installed. If you continue to have problems, delete and reinstall from the system page. Did you chose to let Windows control your printing? If so try deselecting that option and make your printer the default printer.
