Hello,
my printer will not prin or scan do i need to go to default settings and hoe do i get there

First, need the brand and model of printer.
Second, exactly what is the issue? Did this work before? How is it connected to the computer? Check cables? Any error messages? Does a test print from the printer itself work? Does a copy work?
