Question printing address labels

i have an epson xp8700 printer and am trying to print some address labels in home office student / word 2019 when i try to print the labels the printer tells me to insert the cd tray as it think i want to print onto a cd... i used the saved doc last year without a problem

I sorted it but dont know how to delete a thread

Check the configuration settings via the following Epson link:

Step 3. (Various prints) may be where you would deselect CD/DVD.

If not, then use the link to explore for other applicable changes that may be necessary.
