Consult the printer's manual. You haven't even told us what
brand/model printer you're using, or what application. How could you
possibly expect anyone to help?

sorry lexmarkx125 have tryed word perfect and also microsoft word I have
also deleted printer and reloaded it.

Why ask here? This problem has NOTHING to do with the OS. It's a
hardware problem.
