I'm perplexed. My printer won't print when I hit control-p anymore. It brings up the print screen, I hit okay, and then nothing. It also won't print from sites that have a print option (for instance printing a coupon). It will print if I paste the contents into Word and then print, but sometimes that is not an option (some of the print coupon options never show you the coupon- they just have a print button to select). I've never had this problem before and I've owned both the computer (running XP by the way) and the printer (Canon Pixma Mp500 - wired connection) for years. Can anyone help? This is so frustrating - I keep sending things to the printer and moving onto another task only to find nothing there
