I have business presentation I want to print on both sides of the paper
using a Canon i560. Some of the graphics show thru on the other side. Is
there paper out there which is opaque enough so that you so that the images
on one side cannot be seen on the other side?

Try Red River paper http://www.redrivercatalog.com/browse/cat=2&prod=7.htm
or check out your local Office Depot
http://www.officedepot.com/ddSKU.do?level=SK&id=528072 for Epson Double
Sided Matte Paper.
I also did a quick google search and found these links.

You should be able to get this particular paper from a local print shop
instead of mail order.
Looks like you have lots of sources to choose from.

thanks - I tried Staples premium double sided matte which is less thick than
the the epson double sided matte and 50% less costly. It works fine. It
appears to me that Matte paper is less likely to show thru than glossy. It
is by its nature more opaque, something I did not realize.

Epson double sided matte paper works well. The weight is suitable for
greeting cards as well. I watch the ads in the Sunday paper - office depot,
office max, staples, best buy, etc - and when Epson paper is on a two for
one sale I stock up on this item. Photos come out reasonably well, but they
have more color intensity on glossy paper.
