printing problem

My daughter has a HP Deskjet 6122 connected to a 1.6 Ghz Intel processor
running under XP Prof. She can print from Word but not notepad, photoshop
or mspaint. Any ideas about where to starting looking to solve this
problem is appreciated.

Check if paper size is setup correctly.
