Printing unwanted File Name page

My HP 5520 printer is printing an unwanted page after each print job. I have a MacAir OX X 10.9.5. Thanks

check your page setup (line spacing and vertical borders settings). it may be there set just a little larger than they need to be causing the printer to try and print a second page even if theres nothing to print.

The unwanted page is not a blank page but the document properties page: "File name, Folder, Template, etc."
I have "A4 borderless checked".
Also, in Word, the “Document Properties” box is unchecked.

then i would look and see if theres any associated ini files with the printer software. you may need to manually edit it to disable the extra output.
