Printing with 2 NIC's

A client of mine has a Win XP server computer with 2 NIC's, 1 NIC for the user to access internet and main network and the other NIC connects 4 Win XP PC's to it to access shared software on the server through browser software on the 4 PC's. The server is on a different workgroup name than the 4 PC's.
The client want the 4 PC's to be able to print to printer connected to the server but I am unable to get the 4 PC's to see the printer or even the server PC on the network search. Please Help

The workgroup does not matter much for printing. Just enable print and file sharing on network adapters and make sure is not blocked by firewall. Then add printers using the IP address not netbios name.
