I recently upgraded from Windows 98 to XP and Word 2000 to 2003. I have an
HP Laserjet 4000. With the Word software, I was able to configure a print
job to print the first page of a document and one page and the following on
other pages. While I am able to see the paper trays in Word, I cannot get
the printer to print from the correct tray. I also am having the same issue
in WordPerfect. Has anyone had any experience in resolving this issue?

Was the printer disconnected during the operating system upgrade? If not,
uninstall and reinstall the printer... it sounds as if it still has some
remnants of the 98 drivers on it.
