Is possible to prioritize an Ethernet port over OTHER Ethernet ports

Like on a router? If so, most routers will let you set the QoS/priority of ports/traffic.

What are you trying to accomplish?

If you're trying to minimize latency for gaming check this project out.
It's not widely available, but you can find it on openwrt (can flash to many routers), Edge Router X, or ipfire.
If you share internet with people and game it's a must have.

Don't ever remember there is such thing of prioritizing traffic based on physical port, but as ^he says, QOS can prioritize traffic based on tcp/udp ports and/or traffic type.

On the back of my mind, prioritizing based on VLAN may be doable under certain circumstances.
