I dont know if what im posting is even going through cause no one or nothing is acknowledging my questions this site doesn't explain how it works or what you are suppose to do to get things done like how will I be notified if I get an answer?

Im not understanding how Toms hardware works with the questions and answers,

Simply state what the problem is (ex. My Pc keeps shutting down on me), state anything you may have tried (nothing is ok), and most experts will get back to you. Also stating what you did before it happened could potentially help. If you have tried repetitively, maybe experts don’t know an answer.

But I dont know if Im even putting my comments and questions in the right place , this site is very hard to understand, doesnt explain how to do anything like I dont know if you are going to get this message

Ok, so for instance, if your questions was on a system shutting down automatcially, put it under the systems category. If you think a power supply failed, try components. You do this before submitting the question and it should be the drop down box of choices to pick from that are categories. As for people noticing a message, anyone involved in a thread (this string of messages) gets an email notification of the first 8 messages
