Private Messages that violate rules

In the last couple of days, I have received a private message asking for help resetting a password on a Toshiba external hard drive. The sender wanted me to respond directly by email. I responded via private message that forum rules forbid providing password help, and suggested contacting Toshiba for help. I got a response back from the sender that makes me believe they are going to keep asking in violation of the rules. Is there a way to block this person, or let the mods know?
