Privateers

I've just noticed that the privateers have an attack of 2 and a
bombardment of 3 - however as their range of fire is 0, this makes the
bombard score pointless!! Annoying.

It's called defensive bombardment in conquests. If attacked, they get a free
shot at the attacker.
