At the morning I downloaded and installed/scanned my PC with PrivaZer and he deleted some kind of files and now my whole PC is messed up, like when i click on google to open a new page it closes or when i try to open something i have to click like 1000 times and the scroll is essed up, everything is scrolling and sometimes when i type its essed like now. I restored my system and the same problem and now i reinstalled my pc (windows 8.1) and still ahve the problem what to do?

Wait, what, how to do that? I know my way, i put the cd then i click install now advanced, i delete the disk and make 2 disks and then install and done, please explain me the full wiping thingy

oooo, i didn't know that, i'll def try that i can't now because i have to go to school tomorrow -_- after i get back i'll do what you said, if that works god bless you man! i'll post my answer after 17-18 hours or more

Yes, but why "2 disks"?

You have to boot from the install disk. Not run it from inside Windows.

Search for it on Google, that's where I learned how to install/reinstall Windows. Either way, it should be a problem with the OS. Also, as USAFRet asked, what is this program you mentioned even supposed to do? Give us a better explanation so we can evaluate the situation more completely.

what do you mean? I make C and D, since im using laptop i do like 250 GBs on C and 600 and something on D, in C i install programs and stuff and in d some movies or games etc.

well, if you are being traced this program deletes all traces from ur computer and everything even registry and i think the problem is because the program deleted some important registry files.(Btw, i do not recommend that program if u are a beginner like me, i did some advanced stuff and i * my pc)

<Language, please>

yes, i do it from the disk but i never formatted it before, maybe because of that

Oh boy. I wouldn't recommend messing with the registry normally, I can see why you are having problems. Did you have an antivirus program such as Norton or McAfee? These 2 AVs tend to replace some registry and system files with their own and perhaps your third party program deleted them, leaving the system unstable?

i don't use antiviruses i don't trust hem anymore with their fake protection shields and stuff, i use only malwarebytes plus i don't download stuff

Then the program is probably just very sloppy, since apparently it deletes important registry files for no reason, or maybe you've done something with custom options I guess? Anyway, as to antivirus programs I will just recommend Avast, since it's really good, free and overall pretty awesome. Regardless, a clean reinstall will definitely do the job - very few programs can withstand clean reinstalls and I strongly doubt yours could withstand one too.

When you make a new partition (you can't make a hard drive unless you own a factory 😀 ) it should give you the option to remove other partitions and merge them. That will definitely wipe anything on the hard disk. Reinstalling your PC might make it run faster if it's been 6 months or more since the last reinstall, since PCs tend to get bloated and become slower over time, so a clean reinstall will boost performance in some way at least.

ive been using avast since the blue version with the popping tab and the scary music when it detects a virus and now the antivirus is just about advertising stuff, buy this buy that buy now for cheap etc. ok listen need help whenshould i format my disk before installing it (i mean when i put the windows disk and stuff u know)

I think that you should be able to do it later, during the reinstallation itself - you'll reach a point with a screen where you can manage the partitions - delete all old partitions and create a new one, then continue. This should do it as far as I know.

ye, that's what im doing lol but i don't format the drive, so i'll do it tomorrow one guy said that i should delete the particions and make new ones and format them

Yes, do that.
And don't use any more of those Registry cleaner things. More trouble than they are worth. As you have seen.
