Ok if it is a dual boot system with windows 98 or ME. Make a startup disk, or recovery disk. Boot into a dos command prompt and type in "sys c:" Then it will somehting like "OS transfered to C:" That will make your system boot up regularly again, after that it's easy: just delete all of the win2k files and you are done

I hate picking fights... but it's so fun
wipe out everything, reformat it as a Fat partition, I know that if you don't at least change the boot sector the drive will think that it has to boot NT so it won't even let windows 98 or ME install. I think you have to start fresh.
