Prob in accessing add or remove windows component ?

cant access add or remove windows component in windows xp?? so that installing iis s nt possible?? pls any1 help??

From your Start menu go to Run and into the Open box, type appwiz.cpl then hit Enter. Does that take you there?

add/remove prgs option s showing... but unable to access add/remove windows component option!!! its in disable state
