No it wont bottleneck HD 7850

If you have this hardware already then it is a pretty decent pair.
If you are making buying decisions there is better you can spend your money on (assuming you are not locked in an am2+/am3 board).

If you already have the CPU then that is a good GPU choice. A 79XX will start to be bottlenecked by the CPU in all games.

You might get some bottleneck with the 7850 with the 925 cpu on cpu intensive games, but it will still be better then a 77XX series card.

It would be marginally less, still probably a little bit of a bottleneck on cpu intensive games.
As I said before, the bottlenecking would be low enough that it would still be better with the 7850 over a lower card.

You not being like some other kid a few days ago that got a new GTX-970 for his 6-7 year old core 2 duo.

Just do the 7850, yes it will be a slight bottleneck but 80-90% of a 7850 is still better then 100% of a 7790.
