Probably a hacker , please help.

i have an ASUS laptop , and since a month ago my video camera led (the camera is integrated in the laptop) started to light up wich means the camera is on , 5 minutes after that 3 html url opened up in opera browser and all of them were porn , i had avast antivirus on it plus windows defender activated and avast doesn't work at all now , and if i try to install another one or the same one i can't because it's says that i don't have permission to install , but i am logged in as the administrator , i run the file as administrator , i tried to run it with cmd , i disabled smartscreen and it still doesn't let me , plus i can't open any file in C:\Program Files because of the same reason that i don't have permission , and for some reason i have like 8 antiviruses folders in program files that i never installed like AVG , Avira , Nortorn , Baidu . I'm totally lost , if some of you have any idea what could've happened or how can i fix it please help , i will try to reinstall the windows to see if it helps , or use the tor browser after the install (if this really is a hacker).

From what you did and is happening, I would just format the system and install Windows clean. I take it you already went and changed your passwords for accounts, router logon, etc.. right? You can also ask your IPS to get a new IP for your external connection.

yeah most probably i will format it clean , but strangely my PC and another laptop doesn't have any problem , i've changed the passwords , and i will ask the IPS to change my ip , thanks for the advice , i just hope this event won't happen again in the future.

Don't download porn and/or pirated software and you should be ok.

that's the thing , i didn't , i only get some pirated software but on my PC that doesn't have any problem , on the laptop i didn't download any porn/pirated software and i didn't visited any porn sites , because of that reason i don't understand this , until now my camera led will randomly activate and in 5 minutes even with my browser closed 3 html url with porn windows will appear, and yesterday i covered my laptop camera , since then the led still opens from time to time , but it doesn't show porn , still i can't acces any folder from program files nor install any antivirus.

and even the microphone led will activate after the camera led , so yeah , i don't have any clue , i will format it clean and see if that helps.
