Probelms with hal.dll after windows update

Hello people. Yesterday I was installing updates on my pc. Everything was alright, updates seemed to be installed and my pc successfully turned off. After that I turned it on and windows were configuring updates, but after several % of configuring it said "shutting down" and did that. I tried to turn it on but I was getting stuck at . I followed some guides on the internet and it back running. My question would be which of these updates might be causing this problem?

The only one that could possibly cause that, is kb4074598. I would be surprised if it did cause that error, but none of the other options have to do with the OS.

I think it is that one, because it says failed in updates history.. What should I do about this?

It's a monthly quality rollup. Just don't install it. Next month it will be replaced by a new rollup.
