Question Probem in switching between wlans

Hi,
with my Yoga 920-13IKB Laptop it often happens to me to have to switch between my mobile hotspot and my office wifi.
The problem is that the passage is not smooth: just after the switch i receive the message "connected, no internet" and the network is not working.
I have to reset the board or restart the PC in order to make the things work.
I have this drivers and it seems on windows update there's nothing more updated than this version.

is it both ways?
switching from wifi to mobile hotspot
and
switching from mobile hotspot to wifi?

I get error "WLAN\netathr10x.inf PnpUtil return code 1" in the file "C:\DRIVERS\WLAN\PnpUtilResult.txt"
So I succeeded to uninstall old drivers, but I can't install the new ones
