Since I've been running AC and how appliances requires it to work longer, I've been sleeping my system when not using it for a long time. I'm not sure what's happening but I estimate the majority of the time, it's waken up when I get back to it. Sometimes my system has been updated so I'm not that surprised, but other times it seems nothing went on. I'm wondering if my system has been probed by its network (IIRC sleeping keeps network capabilities minimally on to detect a wake-up signal) or if it has a virus.

Thank you kindly for your advice

Solution
When it wakes up by itserlf, open a command prompt and run powercfg -lastwake
If it was woken by your network card and you have an intel, go into device manager, rt click the card and select properties, and on the Power management tab - Disable wake on pattern match
