Question Problem adding a device on Observium ?

Hi everyone, I am an engineer who is new to Observium and am currently facing issues with adding a device . Does anyone know how to add an HP Aruba Switch 6000 on Observium . I have tried adding new communities ,trap receivers and possibly everything I can currently think of right now and yet am unable to add just this switch . Could anyone advise on the same ?

What are those other issues?

What other devices have been added? How many devices in the network?

Any specific error messages, codes, pop-ups's etc. when attempts to add the switch fail?

How is Observium installed? Are you using the Sandbox/Demo version?
