Hi everyone!
So after 10 years i decided to build another PC. Unfortunately it won't boot up. When i power it on the fans spin for a second and then turn off only to turn on again in a endless loop while the CPU LED flashes on the motherboard.
I've checked the PSU by doing the paperclip test and it seemed to work (the fans kept spinning). So i decided to flash the bios. It did for 5 min or so and while it was updated to the lastest version all the fans continued to spin, i saw the LED of the GPU turn on,..so i was hoping everything would work after that. The CPU LED stayed on while updating the bios. After it was done the same problem started again.
Does anyone know what the issue might be?
I have a gigabyte aorus pro ax z490 with a i7-10700k
