Upgraded Motherboard and Power Supply + Fresh Windows Install, now my headphones / audio has a constant quiet static background noise?
Everything is working fine with my upgrade, I got audio drivers etc.. but there is a quiet static noise almost all the time in my headphones. I only notice when there is no real sound playing (sound quality is great and blocks out static). Sometimes it will stop for a minute and then resume with random inconsistent quiet static. Any ideas on how I could fix this? All I tried was getting drivers + unplug/replug + restart PC.
And its not the audio equipment, i plugged my sennheisers into my phone and laptop and still works fine.
