Question Problem after network reset

I rebooted my PC after network reset I went to the device manager and it says I already have the latest network adapter, but I don't have internet connection on my PC.
Also the troubleshooting says nothing is wrong, also tried to plug the rj45 off and on again but it didn't got detected. and I can't even access my router locally
What do I do?

does the ethernet cable work on another device?
is the light turn on on the ethernet port on the motherboard?
