Problem after update

After updating the driver of my gpu. Radeon settings cant run anymore. It says api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0-dll is missing. But when I install the old update theres nothing wrong. The new update is 17.2.2, i tried ny update and the same results. But when I use the 16.x.x.x update(old one) it works. What should I do?

if there is no reason you need the newer driver then i would skip that one and wait for another one. if you do then i would completly uninstall the old driver from windows and device manager and install a clean version of the new driver

Have you made sure you're on the latest motherboard BIOS? You may want to uninstall your older GPU drivers using DDU and reinstall with the latest revision.
