I have a Kingston 240GB ssd and Seagate 2TB ,and I have a new samsung 860 EVO 1TB m.2 but when I plug it the HDD's gone

What motherboard do you have?
Often, one or more SATA ports are disabled when you plug something into an m.2 port. Especially a SATA m.2 drive like the 860 EVO

maybe plug in your hdd into another sata port msi and gigabyte mobo's have that tissue . asus does not

i don't really think so , just my own experience if you change the sata plug your hdd might be back online .

Hi,

as already suggested, we also recommend, doing some basic troubleshooting steps as changing the port and the cable.

When the drive is detected, can you test it with the diagnostic software of the manufacturer?

Verify what port the drives are connected to. Change as necessary.
