Question Problem booting my new PC (SSD)

Hello, I recently build a new setup to work and gaming. My setup is:

CASE: NZXT H500
PS: XFX XTR 750W 80 PLUS GOLD
MB: ASUS ROG STRIX Z390 E GAMING
CPU: INTEL CORE I9 9900K 3.6
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 4x8GB (32GB)
GRAPHIC CARD: MSI VENTUS RTX 2080 8GB DDR6
COOLER: NZXT KRAKEN X62 WATER COOLING
SSD: CRUCIAL BX500 240GB (Only Windows Installed here)
HDD1: WD 1TB SATA 3 64MB CAVIAR BLACK 7200RPM (Bought in 2013 - Only Game installed here.)
HDD2: SEAGATE BARRACUDA 2TB 64MB 7200RPM (NEW HDD FOR FILES - GAME RECORDING, IMAGES, PHOTOS, ETC)
SO: Windows 10 Educational

So well, my problem is when I boot my PC the wait time is too long for the system spects, and idk how to solve the problem really. At the beggning I didn't have this problem, in April, but now my times are really high...
I am thinking that maybe the HDD1, the one that I bought in 2013, is too old for the build, but, I have the SO in the SSD...On the other hand, I have 2 monitors, and I heard that maybe that can cause the problem with my graphics card.

What should I do? Idk if this question is in the correct section of the forum

What kind of times are we talking about?

If you disconnect the HDD (to troubleshoot), how do things look?

Is it possible you have the boot partition on the HDD and not the SSD?

Hi! Well with my new PC I got 01:17 minutes to ask for my password and then 00:29 seconds more to enter to Chrome for example...So 01:47 to have my PC ready to work.
I have another PC (FX-8 CORE VISHERA 8370) with a SSD (Scandisk Ultra II 120GB) and W10 as well and I got 00:26 to put the password and then 00:08 seconds more to enter Chrome, total 00:34 seconds to have the PC ready to work...

Do you mean, the HDD1 (WD 2013) that I have my games and programs installed?

Is it possible you have the boot partition on the HDD and not the SSD?

No, I have the the windows alone in the SSD, in HDD1 only programas, and in the HDD2 files.
