problem booting windows 8.1 enterprise on m5a78L-M/usb3

Basically, I downloaded the Windows 8.1 Enterprise edition and wrote it to a usb stick. Whenever I try to boot this usb, all it says is 'Reboot and select proper device or insert device...' blah blah I'm sure you get the idea. I've tried every damn setting in the BIOS and spent hours on the internet searching for an answer to no prevail... any help?

2. You need to get into the BIOS, and tell it to boot from USB

I've used win32diskimager and SD formatter to do it, is there any other program I should be using?

And I have selected it properly as I can boot up ubuntu and linux OS' fine.

Never heard of that application, but try one of these:
Rufus
Windows USB/DVD Download Tool
