problem call of duty world at war help please

Please I have a big problem !! I have WaW for PC (CD) but when I go to HOST ONLINE to play in cooperative with some of my friends, I get this message: "Error: unable to get our address information." and when I go to HOST LAN crashes !! Help me please

make sure it is allowed through firewall if it doesn't work your out of luck and you could try a reinstall

Had the same problem but a little different (I have the cracked version) search on YouTube. cod WAW lan patch. And just browse through the vids
