Problem: Computer will turn on with no display, restarts once after 15 seconds and nothing happens when it turns on again

Computer's been working for around 3+ years and just today it decided to not work on me. Basically, yesterday I was done with late night gaming and turned it off, woke up, turn it on, displays not coming on, after around 15 seconds it turns off and comes back on again and just nothing happens. I've even left it sitting there for a while and still nothing.

Re-seat Motherboard.
Boot BIOS and check for any irregulars.
